Promoting Composite Materials Worldwide

JEC connects the world with composites, and composites with the world. As a media and event organisation, JEC is entirely dedicated entirely to the global composite materials community. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and everything we earn goes back into amplifying the voice of composites worldwide, as well as promoting composites adoption across key sectors. We are convinced that the high performance of composite materials will continue to open up exciting new horizons for human activities, improving people’s lives and leading to a better, more sustainable world.

Amplifying the voice of the composites industry

JEC helps amplify the voice of the composites industry worldwide, with particular attention to sustainability and circularity. To do so, we work with composites associations at local, regional and global level, and with scientific and industrial partners, supporting their initiatives and carrying them further.

    Our institutional partners include EuCIA, the European Composites Industry Association, with whom we run the annual Gathering of Composites Associations at JEC World, and SAMPE, the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering, with whom we run the annual SAMPE Technical Sessions.

Promoting adoption of composite materials

JEC promotes the adoption of composite materials by connecting the global composites community and raising awareness of what these materials make possible. Through JEC World, our regional events, our media channels and our industry partnerships, we bring new composite technologies and applications to the industries that can use them.

    We reach the community and its key application sectors through our editorial, media and social channels, including special issues on sectors such as aeronautics and automotive.
